Background
In our current smartphone-dominated world, where these devices are integral to both work and leisure, the development of meditation apps is steadily gaining traction as they provide a valuable resource for stress relief and overall well-being. The flourishing meditation app industry has established a prominent role in modern society, reflecting the widespread acknowledgment of meditation as a highly effective method for addressing stress, anxiety and procrastination.
Problem
Users are encountering difficulties in accessing meditation content. Despite the abundance of meditation resources available on the internet, in books, and through physical meditation educational institutions, the development of meditation apps continues to grow in popularity. These apps provide a convenient solution for users seeking to reduce stress and enhance their overall well-being. Users require user-friendly apps to optimize their meditation experiences and access content that accommodates their busy lifestyles.
Defining The Problem
How might we create a meditation app more accessible to working professionals with little time to dedicate to their personal wellness?
Proposed Solution
Simple Wellness is a meditation app that enhances the usability and accessibility of mental health content. With this app, users can control when and where they access services, tailoring the type of service to meet their specific requirements at any given moment.

Conclusion
This project was immensely enjoyable, involving the creation of a meditation app from inception to completion—a realm I had not explored previously. The journey of conceptualization, design, and implementation was not only educational but also provided insights into the dynamic intersection of technology and mindfulness practices. As I reflect on this experience, I am excited about the potential impact that technology can have on enhancing well-being and fostering mindfulness.
